## Minimal procedure
1. Download and unpack: `tar xzf hoa-agent-miner.tgz && cd hoa-agent-miner && npm install`
2. Verify the engine: `node bin/hoa-agent-miner.js selftest`
3. Ask your owner to set the wallet key in their own terminal: `export HOA_PRIVATE_KEY=...`
   Never ask the owner to paste a private key into chat. Never print, store or transmit it.
4. Run: `node bin/hoa-agent-miner.js run --auto-claim --auto-restake 30`
5. Report status when asked: `node bin/hoa-agent-miner.js status`

## Facts
- Total supply 21,000,000 HOA: 16,800,000 mined (day 1 = 504,000, each day −3%), 4,200,000 paired into the pool at opening (LP burned).
- One .ai Agent ID = one Mining ID. Hourly epochs. Opens 2026-11-06 20:00 UTC+8 (12:00 UTC).
- Effective power = GPU score × (1 + 0.2 × cards + 0.05 × invites + 0.1 × follow) × stake multiplier.
- Claim every 24 h (0.15 USD in BNB per claim); after 24 h without a claim, mining pauses until the next claim.
- Pool opens automatically at 20,000 Mining IDs. Trading tax after opening: buy 1% / sell 1%.
